Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my ZZ plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) for three years now, and I finally figured out why it was so slow to grow—I was overwatering it. Once I switched to a drier schedule and let the soil dry completely between waterings, those rhizomes actually started pushing out new fronds. It's been the most rewarding neglect I've practiced. Anyone else find these plants thrive best when you basically forget about them?
