Notes on my Snake Plant

My snake plant has been sitting in the same spot for two years doing absolutely nothing, and I finally moved it last month out of sheer frustration. Turns out it was too shady. Now I've got new growth coming in and it actually looks alive. I know they're supposed to be bulletproof, but mine clearly needed more light than I thought. Anyone else have one that was just... stuck?
