My pothos finally put out a fenestrated leaf and I'm honestly more excited than I probably should be

My pothos finally put out a fenestrated leaf and I'm honestly more excited than I probably should be! I've had it for maybe two years and kept it in this corner where the light wasn't great, so I moved it closer to the window last month and boom—new growth is looking totally different. Has anyone else found that their pothos took forever to show its full potential? I'm wondering if mine was just bored or if I was doing something wrong before.
