My peace lily has been with me for about a year now, and I finally figured out why it kept drooping so dramatically. Turns out I was watering on a schedule instead of waiting for the soil to actually dry out a bit. Now I let it tell me when it's thirsty—those droopy leaves are actually pretty helpful that way. Since I backed off, it's been so much happier and the new growth looks incredible.
