My Ficus lyrata has finally stopped dropping leaves after I moved it away from the heater vent

My Ficus lyrata has finally stopped dropping leaves after I moved it away from the heater vent. I know everyone says they're finicky, but honestly I think they're just dramatic about air temperature swings rather than actually needing perfect conditions. Has anyone else found that theirs does better once you stop fussing and just let it settle into a spot? I'm genuinely curious if I've just gotten lucky or if mine's actually happier now.
